Requirements
What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driver's license, national ID or passport, medical certificate and flight or ferry itinerary.
You must be at least 25 years old. Minimum rental: 3 days. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required.
No credit card required.
What is the minimum age to rent?
25 years old, with a valid driver's license.
Delivery
Do you deliver the car at the airport or my hotel?
Yes. We deliver at Santiago Mariño airport (El Yaque), hotels, inns and homes across the
island. When you book on WhatsApp we arrange the exact point and time.
Payments
How do I pay for the rental?
In cash (USD or bolivars at the daily rate) or by transfer. Prices are quoted in USD.
We confirm the exact amount before delivery.
Coverage
Does the rental include insurance?
Yes. Insurance is included in the rate. Confirm its scope, exclusions and contract
conditions with the team before booking. See the coverage page or message us on WhatsApp.
Transfers
Do you do airport–hotel transfers?
Yes. We offer chauffeur transfers from Santiago Mariño airport to Porlamar, Playa El Agua,
Pampatar and other areas. We confirm the price per trip and arrangements directly on WhatsApp.
