What we ask to rent
Valid driver documents. If you are a foreign visitor, we accept a passport instead of a national ID.

Conditions
How the rental works
$100 deposit
Security deposit refunded when the car is returned as agreed, after checking its condition. It is separate from the booking advance.
$1.50 parking
Upon arrival only.
Free pick-up and drop-off
At Santiago Mariño airport (PMV), the Punta de Piedras ferry and Porlamar.
3-day minimum rental
Bookings are secured with $20.
Air conditioning
All our vehicles have air conditioning.
Full-to-full fuel
Delivered with a full tank and returned with a full tank.

The daily rate already includes insurance.
Cancellation
Cancellation policy
Confirm conditions before paying the advanceAsk on WhatsApp about cancellation and no-show conditions before paying the $20 advance. The $100 security deposit is paid when collecting the car and follows the agreed return conditions.
